John has completed a number of Investment Sales transactions and specializes in land assembly, retail leasing and investment. He has received production awards over the last four years and has completed over 800 lease transactions and sale transactions totaling over 75 million dollars. In 2014 John was the top retail CBRE Limited broker in Calgary, one of the top 5 in Canada and top 50 in the Americas.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate John worked in the retail market for 14 years with extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality sector.
John strives to forge lasting relationships with clients by providing them with professional and reliable service. He has received written endorsements from numerous clients.
John is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Calgary Downtown Association, and CBRE High Street Agency.
Ania brings a portfolio of skills to CBRE Ltd.’s Retail Services Team that have been acquired from both personal and professional experience. After completing her B.A. in Psychology from Montreal’s Concordia University, she moved to Calgary to pursue a career which would allow her to focus on her passion for real estate in the City’s booming commercial property market.
Much of Anias’ professional experience has come from spending four years as a Sales Director with a national telecommunications provider, where she developed superior sales skills along with an outstanding commitment to customer service. Armed with these attributes, she is committed to
exceeding client expectations through providing innovative solutions in helping them fulfill their real estate requirements.
Brittany Camilleri has been with CBRE Limited for over 5 years holding a role primarily in Client Services Assistant for one of Calgary’s Retail teams. Aside from fulfilling her administrative duties, she has also been a key player in assisting other brokers in the Calgary office across all sectors. From Downtown Office leasing to Multi-Family Investment sales as well as company event planning, her contribution on various projects has been invaluable.
Given her strong background and familiarity with programs such as AutoCad, Photoshop, InDesign and other similar programs she has recently transitioned into a more marketing intensive role where her skills can be more effectively utilized. She currently plays a defining role in establishing the framework for the growth and integration of our Retail Services Team into a client focused platform.
After graduating from the University of Calgary with an Honors degree in Psychology and Minor in Law and Society, I joined CBRE Limited as a Sales Trainee in 2015. While gaining real estate experience and exposure to every market, I followed my passion for retail and joined the Retail Services Team along with my colleagues John Moss, Ania Gryzewski and Brittany Camilleri.
Having worked in the service industry for over a decade I understand the Calgary retail market and am able to identify ways that real estate can help to achieve business goals. As retail is constantly in a state of transition, it’s important that you have someone on your team that has a keen ear to the ground as to what’s going on both locally and nationally. Possessing the local intelligence and having the ability to leverage CBRE’s Industry-leading global platform, I’m able to foresee retail trends and position your business or property optimally for the future.

My track record for success is built upon the skills, relationships and knowledge that I gained from working in the retail and hospitality industry early in my career. I bring a customer service approach to real estate brokerage and go above and beyond to help my clients, including business planning and support throughout the growth cycle. Through collaboration and creativity, I have been able to provide innovative real estate solutions for my clients ranging from local startups to marquis brands.
