Within ten minutes of meeting with John we had found the perfect space for our concept. Within a day, we had a deal in principle, and with his superb negotiating we had a lease signed within a few weeks.

I first met John Moss in 2006 when I was looking for space to open a retail store. It was my first time starting a business and negotiating a lease, so I really needed a commercial real estate agent that I could connect with and who would be patient with a first timer.
I already had a location in mind and needed to work with someone who could get the ball rolling before the space was taken. John has a very good reputation in the industry. It seemed very easy for him to negotiate a great lease agreement for me. John was very thorough with every detail always putting my interests first and making sure I understood everything; there was a lot of coffee being drunk due to all of my questions.
I really appreciated the professionalism of the negotiation but also appreciated the respect that I was given through out the whole process. My store has been operating for ten months now, John still keeps in touch and he is always around if I have any concerns or questions. It’s nice to know that there are still people out there that can be depended on.
